My family still lives in my hometown of Johnsonburg, PA, where I learned how to cook, can, smoke a mean cheese, and appreciate the traditions of good food, a "sip" of wine, and community.
I now live in Kansas City, MO and it has always been my dream to share my father's old world Italian recipes and those same traditions with my friends, family, and even friends I have never met!
We are starting with this humble collection of traditional Joe's Cellar recipes and will hopefully we will soon be able to offer a larger selection including pastas, meats, and perhaps desserts.
